The Analyst, Clinical Asset Management, supports the Clinical Asset Management team and works closely with Strategic Advisors and the Director, Enablement, as an analytical resource. This position enables the Strategic Advisors to improve client engagement and aid with onboarding new clients.

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana; we are seeking candidates who currently reside within 250 miles of Indy; candidates mustcurrently reside within a 250 mile range of Indianapolis. Our Central (Corporate) Office is located on the northwest side of Indianapolis. Position is hybrid (a mix of remote & in-office, as well as travel).

Review of client data and providing basic analytics to support client delivery will be an essential part of this role. Providing the Strategic Advisors with a head-start on client deliverables will reduce the amount of time from project implementation to realized savings. Compiling these actions and tracking progress to completion across the department will assist the Clinical Asset Management Directors in improving operational mechanisms throughout the program.

In this role the Analyst will work across departments to collect new client data and set up the Director, Enablement, to streamline the onboarding process. They will also document new client interactions to ensure onboarding is on track and client needs are being met. Proper support of this process will establish a uniform client experience and aid the Strategic Advisor in future client success.

The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining operational data tables for analysis, savings execution, and to progress tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Clinical Asset Management program delivery support to Strategic Advisors
    • Assist Strategic Advisor by identifying customer savings opportunities, via analytics, and preparation for customer meetings/communications.
    • Monitor and document Strategic Advisors client deliverable success for program improvement.
    • Provide reports on Strategic Advisor progress on Client Engagement Standard Work.
  • Provide support for pre-sale functions
    • Assess quality of client provided data against TRIMEDX best practices.
    • Analyze inventory to identify initial savings opportunities to demonstrate program efficacy to client.
    • Provide feedback on trends discovered during analysis process to enable future program enhancements.
  • Provide support for new client onboarding activities
    • Communicate with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure appropriate contacts are documented.
    • Document client interactions to ensure uniform onboarding and follow through on requests.
    • Data management regarding new account setup.
  • Clinical Asset Management data maintenance
    • Update Clinical Asset Informatics software platform operational impact values.
    • Maintain reference libraries and data tables to ensure access to current information.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

  • Accomplished analyst who can bring expertise (gathering, analyzing, interpreting data) and insights to the role, and communicate opportunities for improvement.
  • Competent in translating data to information, information to insights, and insights to a story.
  • Ability to break down complex projects and initiatives into manageable pieces and get things done. Knowing the right tool for the job, and using systems and technology to drive efficiencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate the right information, to the right audience, in the right way, at the right time; ability to interface at all levels of an organization.
  • Solution-oriented and takes pride in quality of work, while also balancing multiple tasks and priorities in real-time.
  • Natural desire to identify/define a problem, analyze the root cause, implement countermeasures, and sustain the improvements.
  • Maintains a positive outlook at work, accepts differing points of view, open to constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrates an interest in and understanding of others, and values team success over individual success.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Understanding of SmartSheet and other project management/process improvement tools.

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Analyst or Finance Leader in an established organization

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of experience within the healthcare industry
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in an acute-care hospital environment
  • 2+ years of experience interacting with an established organization's customers
  • Advanced training in Lean/Six-Sigma process improvement

Education and Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field strongly preferred.

Preferred:

  • MBA, Masters or advanced healthcare degree
