Accounting Representative

A small, privately held U.S. subsidiary of a large Japanese electronics manufacturer is seeking to add an experienced Accounting Representative to our team. This position is based in San Jose, CA.
o Recent experience required working with-in the areas of accounts payable (heavy),
accounts receivable, billing and/or collections as needed
o Maintain accurate and thorough electronic records, follow established procedures, and
initiate all required reports in a timely manner
o Support the administration department
o Great attention to detail and have a strong knowledge of accounting systems, policies,
and practices
o A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
