Solaris Healthcare Forest Lake is now hiring a per diem (PRN) Physical Therapist ( PT ) who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The Physical Therapist ( PT ) will treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy by the resident's physician on written order. Additionally, the Physical Therapist ( PT ) will identify residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment.
