Beyond Talentedge is currently seeking a temp to hire Account Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and increasing the number of recipient organizations for the client's mission-focused program.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $16.08-20.19

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing relationships with non-profit and educational institutions that have a need for technology in their organization.
  • Organize the entire order process from initial first discussion to final delivery of the PCs.
  • Set up invoices for program fee payments and organize payment with the organization before an order becomes active in the database.
  • Keeping track of communicating due dates for orders with all team members and the recipient organization
  • Create and lead Community Outreach Committee to ensure there is a direct line of communication with leaders who understand the technology need in our region.
  • The Community Outreach Committee should have at least 6 members, most of whom are representing an organization that received computers from our organization in the past.
  • Arranging the committee to meet every 2 months to discuss potential contacts that would benefit from new or updated technology for their program.
  • Highlight success stories the impacted the organization for distributed computers. Taking photos, videos, letters to share on companies' website or social media.
  • Working together as a team to go over inventory receiving, processing, and preparing computers through our program.
  • Handling recycled used technology for the improvement of the community's wellbeing.
  • Observe and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Connect with the internal team for project updates and current orders.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with project management, with the ability to prioritize work streams, track progress and manage multiple items at once.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physically capable to lift 25 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in marketing, technology or computer-related fields would be helpful. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in-person, preferably within an office or warehouse environment.
