The on-call caregiver position is tasked with filling last minute requests from new and existing clients as well as back-filling call offs. The position must be a talented Nurse's Aide who can walk into any situation and make it work both from a skill perspective and a personality perspective. A basic requirement for this position is that the on-call caregivers will go when asked regardless of shift length or desirability of the client.
