POSITION SUMMARYStrategize, develop, and lead plans to execute on marketing management initiatives with focus on driving business results. The Director of Marketing, in collaboration with stakeholders and team of staff, will achieve this through offering best in class customer engagement, market intelligence, communications, events, incentives, and management of tire manufacturer associate dealer programs. Collectively, these efforts will impact the business and ultimately strengthen the U.S. AutoForce brand and reputation in the industry.

This role can report remotely within the US, ideal locations would be Appleton, WI, or Southern California.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and measure key performance metrics to determine effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs.
  • Lead creation and management of effective multichannel sales and marketing programs, training, promotional collateral tools.
  • Manage manufacturer associate dealer programs through enrollment administration and sales data progress review.
  • Define market research parameters, process to capture competitor information to identify business growth opportunities and manage customer satisfaction through NPS process.
  • Maximize manufacturer cooperative advertising support to maximize return on investments.
  • Strategize and execute on all events for both customers and internal teams, overseeing full lifecycle from idea, negotiations, through execution and post event review.
  • Establish best in class communication methods for both internal and external audiences while adopting latest digital tools to execute on impact.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects at once while balancing priorities.
  • Work with shared services support to develop traditional and digital/social marketing media needs for the organization.
  • Proven leader with skillful ability to mentor teams and build strong, collaborative relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
  • 8+ years of BtoB marketing and leadership experience, tire industry experience highly desirable
  • Highly organized and motivated with success leading teams
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • In depth knowledge of sales and marketing concepts and techniques
  • Strong understanding of the budgeting process, cost control, and metrics
