Exciting Full-Time Hybrid Opportunity for an Office Administrator at leading 3D Design Software Reseller, Hawk Ridge Systems, supporting our Mountain View, CA office! (This job is Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm (with an hour for lunch. However, you must go into the office 2-3 times a week and work remotely the other days.)

In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as managing a high volume of incoming calls, ordering office supplies, processing mail and shipping requests, researching and data entry, setting up meetings and ordering/picking up lunch, project work, as well as providing office support at our Mountain View, California team.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE?

  • You have experience on busy multi-line phone system
  • You possess strong computer skills utilizing MS Office (including Excel); Salesforce and/or data management experience is strongly preferred
  • You are an adaptable, assertive, quick-learner self-starter who has remarkable customer service skills
  • You are an autonomous, high-energy, detail-oriented team player and an excellent communicator with impressive phone skills who possesses outstanding time management, organization, and prioritization skills

  • You must be able to go into Hawk Ridge Systems' Mountain View, CA office 2-3 times a week (preferably Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) and work remotely the other days
  • You must have your own transportation (for occasional dropping off FedEx shipments and picking up lunch, etc.)

Your base pay will be based on many factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This new hire compensation range will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
