What You'll Do:

• Master CNC Mills: Set up, operate, and program our advanced CNC mills.
• Become a Programming Ace: Create and edit programs to ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate to Innovate: Work with Programmers, Die Makers, and other experts to tackle challenges and streamline processes.
• Own Your Work: Read blueprints, interpret CAD data, and ensure parts meet the highest quality standards.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Help us become more efficient and minimize waste.

• Proven Experience: Minimum two years as a CNC Machinist or CNC Programmer.
• Sharp Skills: Blueprint reading, CAD/CAM software, and an eye for detail.
• Programming Plus: Experience with MasterCam is a big advantage.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A desire to find solutions and optimize production methods.
• Team Player Spirit: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
