Part-time Nanny for Newborn twins and two Preschoolers

We are two parents who work from home and are looking for a nanny to help take care of our kids during the day while we work. We have a five-year-old, a three-year-old, and two newborn twins. You will be caring for all of them over the Summer. When school starts in the fall, you will be spending more time with the twins and the three-year-old. Before fall, our five-year-old and three-year-old will be in preschool during the summer, so there will times they are out of the house. • Getting them dressed and ready for school • Feeding kids a light breakfast and a lunch, bottle feeding the twins • No housecleaning, except cleaning up after yourself and activities with the kids. • Change the babies' diapers. • Play games with the kids. • Help set them up with drawing/coloring/painting. • Do fun activities with them, like singing/dancing/reading stories. • Possibly go on short walks in the neighborhood if babies are sleeping, depending on weather • About 5 hours per day, 4-5 days per week. We are somewhat flexible, as our parents can help at times, but need someone who can be consistent and whose other responsibilities won't interfere with showing up on time on a regular basis. • Work time would begin somewhere between 9am and 10am, and end around 2pm to 3pm. • Most holidays you would not work, and would not be paid. You would have the option of working a day that week that you normally don't work to compensate for the lost hours.
