Job Description
Dermatology practice in Pearland is seeking an experienced Receptionist for front office duties. Qualified candidates should be familiar with general practice / medical office / Dermatology.
Experience with EMA by Modernizing Medicine EMR/PM is strongly preferred but not required.
General duties will include:
-Collecting Copays & Deductibles
-Insurance Verification
-Data entry into PM
-Scanning individual and daily workload
-Other duties as assigned.
-Checking patients in and out
-Confirming that all required paperwork is complete and data input into the patient's electronic chart.
-Answering phones and scheduling appointments
-Patient callbacks/notifications
