Job Description
The Lutheran Home is looking for courteous and energetic team members to join us in the position of Part-time Dishwasher. This role is an essential part of our dining services team ensuring the proper washing, sanitizing and storage of our kitchen equipment, dishes and utensils within our long-term care community.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Wash dishes, utensils and cooking equipment by hand or dishwasher.
- Clean and sanitize tables and work surfaces.
- Remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Sweep, mop or scrub floors.
- Store away clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in designated areas.
- Help to keep the kitchen work area clean and in orderly condition.
- Works as part of a team to perform necessary tasks to meet the needs of the residents specific to their diet and food preferences.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
