Job Description
Project Pollo Inc in San Antonio, TX is looking for one hourly partner to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on 723 N Alamo in the food truck outside of Roadmap Brewing Co. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers walking up and leaving the food truck
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prep sauces and other food items
- Cook and prepare food
Qualifications
- Experience is good but a positive attitude is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
