Tier 2 - Support Services Analyst...range based on experience, starting at $21/hour with Full-Time Benefits!
Reporting to the Supervisor, Support Services, candidates must have technology skills and physical abilities to accomplish the following:
- Tier 2 desk side computer hardware and software support to encompass configuration, deployment, inventory, and troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers)
- User support, assistance, and PC skills training
- Network account maintenance
- Project support and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field OR 3 years IT Support work experience
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, emphasis on relationship-building
- Commitment to professional demeanor and confidentiality
- Current valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record
- Must use personal vehicle to travel between sites
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
- Available to work after-hours on-call shift
Preferred experience:
- Remote user support, to include Office365 products, Apple MacOS, and iOS
- SCCM image building, package building, and deployment
- Intune
- IT-related certification (A+, Net+, ITIL Foundation, etc.)
- Familiar with HIPAA regulations
- Enterprise-class organization
- Technical writing experience
