What You'll Do

  • Managing CMT services and running the materials testing department

  • Business Development and consulting engineering

  • Leading well, being a team builder, and making decisions skillfully

  • Project management, proposal and report review and preparation

  • Overseeing quality control, report review, and management of projects

  • Managing a profitable P&L

  • Mentoring and managing junior and senior field and laboratory staff

  • Working on CMT field and laboratory projects

  • Working on geotechnical engineering assignments


What We're Looking For

  • BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university; MS in Civil Engineering preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in CMT services and geotechnical engineering in the local market

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within three months preferred
