HRmango is seeking a hybrid remote Maintenance Manager for a Property Management and Real Estate services company in Orem, UT! Position Overview:

As the Maintenance Manager, you will help our client oversee the maintenance department striving to make sure that quality maintenance is conducted on time for our client's managed properties and ensure that our client's vendors are well taken care of and are dependable. Additionally, when tenants move out you will conduct move-out inspections and create maintenance tickets to make sure that the property is ready to advertise for new tenants. On average you will be conducting 7 to 15 move-out inspections per month. You will be using software to make sure that our client's vendors submit their invoices and get paid quickly and that no maintenance tickets are forgotten or lost in our client's system. The hours are flexible, but the position is full-time. You have the ability to work from our client's office or work from home. You will conduct daily standup with the maintenance team and attend the Wednesday entire team meeting each week.


A Week In the Life:

Each day will start with planning and making sure your calendar is up-to-date. For example, what inspections need to be scheduled? When are you going to do a standup with the maintenance team? What invoices need to be collected from vendors and which invoices need to be paid still? Planning and scheduling via Google Calendar will be critical for your success. Continuing to train and learn how to use our software platform on your own will help elevate your team. Additionally, it is important to ensure that our client is working with dependable vendors, there is a vendor list that needs to be reviewed weekly and any changes need to be communicated to the team.

* A self-starter who can use the tools available to them to solve problems and improve processes

* A professional in their approach to the position (i.e. show up on time, be presentable, be organized)

* Be accountable and can stay productive working remotely and keep their calendar up to date

* An assertive approach to self-learning and training will help them learn the new responsibilities and best practices quickly

* Don't wait for someone to come solve your issues, propose solutions and find alternative approaches

* This person will make the whole team better and continue to help us get better!

* Has full-time work-from-home experience

* Be able to conduct 7 to 15 move-out inspections at properties each month (i.e. child care, transportation, time management)

* Learn new software systems

* Able to manage others and be able to enable them to be successful

General Requirements:

* Five or more years of full-time work experience

* Experience working in real estate, project management, billing, or dispatching

* At least one year of work-from-home experience

* Proficiency with Google Suite (calendar, Gmail, drive, voice, and hangouts)

* Must be extremely dependable

* Must have high integrity

* Excellent communication skills

* Must have dependable internet, computer, and transportation

* Must submit to credit and background check

* Demonstrated ability to learn new software and adapt to changing processes

Highly Desirable Requirements:

* Bilingual (Spanish)

* Bachelor's or better degree

* Real estate experience

* Accounting experience

* Management experience managing others

What Our Client Offers You:

* Full-time W2 work

* Paid twice a month

* A good life benefit of $50 is provided each month

* Depending on experience an annual salary of $40,000 to $50,000
