Project Managers coordinate our workload by screening and organizing upcoming projects. Our Estimators first connect with our Estimator who sold the project to get any details and notes that make the project unique. Next, they work to find a suitable time for the project that fits the needs of the Client and the team. The Project Manager ensures that the right team is available for the project at the intended time. Once a project is scheduled, the PM maintains contact with the Client until the start of the project by ensuring that they have the resources and help necessary to make choices regarding colors, sheens, and other product details. To start each project, the responsible salesperson, PM, and Lead Painter meet with the Client in person to discuss the project during the pre-project walkthrough. During the project, the PM ensures that the Lead Painter has the materials and direction necessary to meet the projects' objectives.   The PM conducts frequent quality control checks and keeps an eye on project progress to ensure the schedule is maintained. Upon completion of each project, the PM conducts a post-project walkthrough with the Client and Lead Painter to ensure completeness, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Aside from project related duties, Fresh Coat PMs are responsible for helping the company grow. Extra duties include: regualr networking meetings, safety training, Client outreach, change order execution, and more. The expectation of our PMs is that the communicate relentlessly and focus their energy on Safety, Client Experience, and Quality!

• Dress, speak, and present themselves in a professional manner (don't worry, we dress comfortably)
• Maintain records, including CRMs and other documents, in accordance with Management’s instructions.
• Ensure compliance with the Project Plan
• Follow the companies standard operating procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
• Familiarize themselves with paint industry jargon, codes, laws, etc...
• Relentlessly ensure that the Client is ecstatic with our performance.
• Steadily aids in the further development of job specific procedural documentation.
• May assist with Sales and Operations, as needed.
• Regularly attends networking assignments, as assigned.
