* Provide a positive in all aspects of the role and day to day activities as outlined and in accordance with facility expectations

* Core responsibilities. Include providing professional and courteous personal care to all residents under the directions of the clinical staff.

* The ability to follow instructions promptly and adhere to facility guidelines. and expectations to meet the needs and requests of the residents.

* Respects, dignity and the ability to communicate to residents, their families and facility staff to meet daily needs of the business.

* High school Diploma or equivalent required

* MUST have current Ohio STNA status

* Must have one year experience in a caregiving role or similar capacity

* Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with a strong compassion for empathy and ability to care for the senior population in an ethical manner.
