SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an experienced Wire-Cutter/Cable Assembler for a large, established client located in Plano, TX. Wire-Cutter/Cable Assembler will be fulfilling all wire orders as well as maintaining inventory accuracy through proper cut and record keeping procedures.
It’s critical that candidates have strong CLS experience in both Schleuniger and the CLS IV+ machine to be considered for this position.
Only candidates with experience in electronics or wiring harness manufacturing will be considered.

Available shifts include 1st shift Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Wire-Cutter/Cable Assembler ~ Must have prior 3-8 recent experince cut wire, and cable assembly (crimping, stripping, insertion: potting or tinning).
- Knowledge of Fiber Optics cables
- Knowledge of Wire Harnessing
- Have worked with~ Audio, Video, Security, CCTV communications & Computer equipment.
Have knowledge of:
- AMP CLS IV+™ wire-cut or similar machinery
- Schleuniger® multi-strip 9480, OmniStrip 9450 or similar wire-cut machinery
- Cayman™ wire-cut operating software
Experience:
- Wire harness manufacturing (Required)
- Electronics manufacturing: (Required)
- License/Certification: • ISO9001 Preferred but no required.
