We are looking for someone who can maintain the cleanliness of our Berlin Location.

Job Description:

• Facility cleaning, wiping down and clean fitness equipment
• Stock paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers
• Cleaning of glass windows and doors
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• General maintenance work such as patching holes, painting and some equipment repairs.
• Deploying in-house handyman or third party men to fix any facility issues.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Physical strength and stamina are essential to this position due to the high activity level.
• Experience with all aspects of cleaning preferably in a commercial building.
• Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Handyman skills
• Ability to pain and do patch work
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Customer service experience including Phone & Email
• Knowledge in maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and exercise equipment
• Experience with work order for reporting and tracking
• Organizational skills
• Knowledge and experience with tools
