Entry Level Truck Driver

Minimum one year of experience in the Job duties include operation of trucks used to transport temporary structures, equipment, materials, and supplies, as well as oil, petroleum, hazardous substances, and hazardous wastes onto and off a remediation site. Perform all types of troubleshooting, repair, and equipment maintenance. Overtime and travel required.

Location: Brooksville, ME

Skills and Experience:

• Will train on operation of various off road haul trucks
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification will be required and provided by EQM
• Must have familiarization and understanding of use and application of various types of respiratory protection and chemical hazards
• Willing to perform duties related to the clean-up of hazardous waste and remediation sites; utilizing all types of personal protective equipment, have working knowledge of commonly used field equipment and gear
• Willing to learn standard safety procedures dealing with hazardous materials
• Must be capable of manual labor using shovels, rakes, and brooms, as occasionally this will be required
• High School diploma or equivalent
