Job Description
We are looking to hire 3 part-time host/hostess to join our new restaurant. The host/hostess helps our patrons get seated and directed to the right location for their time with us. As a host/hostess, you will be asked to perform the following duties, but additional duties may be included depending on the shift schedule.
Qualifications:
- Greet guests
- Direct guests to the right location
- Take down guest dinner party information, and/or reservations
- Seat guests
- Direct or help clean and prep dining areas for the next set of guests
- Take-out preparation when needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to organize and stay on top of tables availability
- Calm demeanor to help deal with high volume periods
- Team player - you are willing to help the server and busser team to clean and set up tables to allow the next set of guests to get seated quickly
- High school degree
- Must be at least 16 years old
