WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A RESTAURANT HOST

This customer service position is part-time and works primarily weekend shifts on Friday night.

In this part-time customer service position, you are the first smiling face that our guests see when they walk through the door. You welcome them in a warm and friendly manner, going out of your way to ensure that every guest feels welcome and cared for. Each day, you're responsible for monitoring restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow, maintaining wait and quote times to ensure that each party is seated in a timely and efficient manner.

In addition to your host responsibilities, you efficiently manage carry-out orders, ensuring they are accurately prepared and promptly handed to guests, maintaining a seamless experience for both dine-in and take-out customers alike. You take pride in the world-class customer service you provide!
