General Summary
The Data Entry / Inventory Specialist gathers, tracks, and records facility data appropriately on a daily basis using various internal spreadsheets using google workspace and the Track and Trace System (Metrc) while maintaining state compliance.
Essential Job Functions

Physically verifies and organizes cannabis products
Records / Tracks data on multiple internal spreadsheets and programs
Prints, files, and organizes documents appropriately on a daily basis
Responsible for condensing cannabis product and preparing orders for sales
Designs compliance labels for cannabis products
Tracks and Traces inventory/data on Metrc (Marijuana Enforcement Tracking Reporting & Compliance).
Transfers and receives Metrc transportation manifests
Schedules and prepares R&D testing samples using third party software
Demonstrates cannabis products to potential buyers
Creates and receives sales invoices
Follows DCC rules and regulations to keep the data entry department compliant
Collaborates with all facility departments to ensure success and meet company expectations
Minimum Job Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have High School diploma or GED
Data Entry experience preferred but not required
Detailed oriented
Problem Solving skills

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The job requires the employee to work with cannabis which is a plant that contains pollen and certain allergens that can cause an allergic reaction in persons who are sensitive to the pollen and plant matter.
Ability to carry at least 20-30 LB.
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry cannabis products necessary for organizing inventory as well as loading and unloading transportation vehicles.
Comfortable climbing a step ladder.
Ability to perform maintenance: sweep, empty trash, mop, and maintain your work area including the distribution room clean.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Expected hours of work
This is a full-time position
Typical work days and hours are between Monday - Friday 5:00 a.m. to 8:00pm this may include Holidays and weekends
