Job Summary:
Village Caregiving, a leading provider of in-home care services in the Eau Claire area, is currently seeking a Part Time In-Home Caregiver for immediate hire in Phillips, Wisconsin. This individual will play a vital role in providing quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As an individual contributor, the In-Home Caregiver will work closely with clients to assist with daily living activities and promote their overall well-being.

Compensation & Benefits:
The In-Home Caregiver will receive a competitive hourly rate of $15 to $20, paid semimonthly. Additionally, this position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career development within our growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Escort clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and communicate any changes in their condition to the appropriate individuals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Follow care plans and uphold all safety measures
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a caregiving role preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
