Residential Lead Electrician

This is a great opportunity for a current residential electrician to become a lead and have a clear path for advancement with a growing company.

We specialize in remodeling and new construction for residential and commercial properties. Our residential electrical division specializes in electrical for new construction, remodels, and miscellaneous electrical projects for customers of all income brackets.

Applicants MUST be a WASHINGTON STATE LICENSED ELECTRICIAN

Essential Electrician Lead skills:

• Residential Knowledge: Well versed in all facets of residential electrical work, from new construction to small extensive remodels.
• Independence: Must be comfortable taking ownership of projects and running them with minimal supervision. 
• Clear Communication: Communicate project objectives, timelines, and safety protocols clearly to the team. Encourage open communication to address any concerns or challenges.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to team members when needed. Share best practices and industry standards to ensure high-quality work.
• Team Development: Invest in the professional development of team members by offering training opportunities and support for acquiring new certifications or skills.
• Safety Focus: Emphasize the importance of safety protocols and ensure that all team members are well-versed in electrical safety practices. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Project Management: Effectively plan and allocate resources for electrical projects. Monitor progress, address obstacles, and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Foster a collaborative environment where team members can contribute ideas and solutions to overcome technical challenges or unexpected issues.
• Mentorship: Offer mentorship to less experienced team members and provide constructive feedback to help them grow in their roles.
• Adaptability: Stay updated on industry advancements and technology to lead the team in adopting new tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

• MUST be a WASHINGTON STATE LICENSED ELECTRICIAN
• Level 01 or 02
• 5+ Years' Experience as a residential electrician
• Knowledge of local and national electrical code
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading a team of electricians
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license

Job Site Locations: North-South Seattle, WA

Schedule: Monday-Friday hours between 7:00am-5:00pm depending on project
