Certified Pool Operator

Position Overview: We are looking for a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of pools within our portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining water quality, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections and tests on pool water quality.
2. Adjust chemical levels as needed to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
3. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on pool equipment.
4. Monitor and maintain proper water circulation and filtration.
5. Respond promptly to pool-related emergencies and incidents.
6. Keep accurate records of pool maintenance activities and water quality measurements.
7. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

1. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is required.
2. Previous experience in pool operations, maintenance, and water treatment.
3. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks related to pool maintenance.
