*Responsibilities of a LPN:*
* \* Oversees CNAs and training.
* \* Assist in medical procedures.
* \* Maintains accurate patient records.
* \* Consult with RNs on care plan.
* \* Explains procedures and treatment protocols to residents.
* \* Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff.
* \* Prepare patients for transfers or discharge.
* \* Assist physicians during rounds of residents' rooms.
* \* Assigns and delegate duties to CNAs.
* \* Giving medication as prescribed by the physician.
* \* Interview patients and records their medical history and physical condition.

*Qualifications of a LPN:*
* LPN certification and registration
* Licensed to work as a LPN in New York
* Ability to build rapport with patients
* Compassionate and caring demeanor

*What Are The Requirements?*
* Updated Resume
* 2 Legal IDs (Drivers License/State ID, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or Work Eligibility ID)
* Social Security Card
* New York License & Registration
* Two Reference letters
* School Diploma or Completion Certificate
* Physical Exam and PPD (current within *1 year*)Chest X-ray and TB Questionnaire, if PPD is positive
* Proof of immunity for Mumps, Measles, Rubella and Varicella
* Drug Screen (current within *2 months*)
* COVID-19 Vaccination Card
