Join our team as a Quality Engineer for our client company in Mt. Sterling, KY. Staffmark is looking for individuals who are dedicated to ensuring quality standards and driving continuous improvement.


Pay Rate: $20-25 per hour, day shift with flexibility for overtime

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm


As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities entail developing and implementing quality standards and control systems to uphold product excellence. You'll be tasked with monitoring and analyzing quality performance, meticulously inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure strict adherence to quality specifications. Collaborating closely with operations managers, you'll devise and execute controls and improvements to enhance overall quality assurance. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations is paramount in your role, and you'll be expected to investigate and troubleshoot any product or production issues that arise. Your expertise will be crucial in developing effective corrective actions and solutions, and you'll regularly review codes, specifications, and processes to maintain optimal quality standards throughout the production process.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or assurance
  • Certification or degree in a related field preferred
