Position Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Client Success Specialist will provide direct client support for GRS products. This position will focus on improving the customer experience with products while retaining customer satisfaction for each account. The Client Success Specialist will work collaborative with various team members and departments. to promote client success and receive product feedback. This person will help to create process and strategy to support customers and troubleshoot existing customer issues.
Summary of Responsibilities
  • Support the development of policies and processes for successful client onboarding and implementation of the GRS product.
  • Provide support to clients during product onboarding and throughout the lifecycle of the product.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients.
  • Develop and maintain the collection of feedback, including feature requests, bugs/issues, and change requests.
  • Support offboarding clients including data management and other related tasks.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with clients and customers.
  • 1-2 years of experience with multi-faceted, cross-functional, and highly visible projects.
  • 1-2 years of experience in with project platforms, CRM's or other client facing software.
  • Ability to write professional correspondence with customers or internal team members.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks including balancing shifting priorities, and work efficiently.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and task driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software applications.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience working within an administrative process at an institute of higher education (Conduct, Title IX, Human Relations, Employee Relations, etc.).
  • 1-2 years of experience working with policies, processes, and procedures.
GRS has different base pay ranges for different locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistent with different geographic markets. Compensation offered will depend on various factors in addition to location of primary residence, such as job level, complexity and responsibility required by the role, knowledge, job duties and requirements, relevant experience, and skills.
Pay Ranges for Applicants in CA, CO, and WA
The pay range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and New York City is $60,000 - $85,000. For those who are elsewhere in California, the range is $55,000 -$75,000. For those based in Colorado, the range is $55,000 - $75,000. For those based in Washington State, the range is $60,000 - $75,000. As noted above, all of these pay ranges depend upon specific location, knowledge, relevant experience, background, and skills
