Responsibilities:
As a Care Professional, your responsibilities will include:
Providing companionship and emotional support, creating a warm and caring environment for clients.
Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
Helping clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Supporting individuals with Alzheimer's or other dementias, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Offering hospice support and compassionate care during end-of-life stages.
Adapting to individual client needs and preferences, promoting a sense of comfort and familiarity in their chosen home environment.
Maintaining accurate records of care provided and promptly reporting any changes or concerns.
Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
