Description:

Our client is seeking an administrative professional to assist in supporting our Sales, Marketing and Training Departments, as well as run the front desk. Below is a list of requirements and tasks.

  • Operate telephone; screen and forward calls, take messages and schedule appointments, correspond with customers when necessary
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Marketing, Sales and Training activities including documents and events
  • Support customer relationships by using various methods such as phone and email
  • Assist corporate headquarters on projects as requested
  • Maintain and update records in client database
  • Gladly perform all other duties as assigned
