Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Receptionist Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Columbia Office. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing insurance product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Looking for that person to bring enthusiasm and energy to the office each day.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the insurance products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving insurance products and services

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
