Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, polished and professional candidate to be a Customer Care Associate in our Service Center. You will communicate with our customers via email and phone to schedule service for recreational vehicles as well as keeping in touch with existing clients to ensure that they are up to date on statuses and billing totals. Ideal candidates must have a knack for sales and customer service. You must be computer proficient and be comfortable communicating via email and on the phone. You will also be responsible for working with the department manager to maximize future opportunities by helping with service customer follow up. Responsibilities will also include scheduling labor for technicians and billing out completed labor to compile a finished invoice. Competitive wages based on experience.
Primarily a 5-day work week $50,000-$70,000 annually including a performance-based pay enhancement.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide support to our customers, (in store, on the phones, and through electronic communications)
- Schedule appointments for repairs/upgrades
- Check-in customers, assess needs, and create work orders
- Maintain appropriate Customer database
- Perform Customer walk-throughs prior to and following Service event
- Close-out Customer service and payment processing
Skills
- Customer-focused and self-motivated
- Prior experience in Sales, Reception, Customer Service or Call Center is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is required
- Excellent computer skills are a must
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Understanding Work order billing and completion
