Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Restaurant business.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of restaurant workers
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

• 1-2 years restaurant experience
• Ability to speak in Spanish
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Food Handlers Certification
