Job Summary
The Poolside Spa Ambassador is responsible for providing poolside guests with comprehensive and professional guidance/recommendations regarding spa procedures, services and products. Must be outgoing, high-energy and have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, while maintaining a high level of customer service standards. Must have the ability to communicate with others, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and abide by TRILOGY and Well & Being Spa policy and procedures.
  • Greets patrons with a friendly and sincere welcome upon arrival.
  • Performs exceptional, courteous, friendly customer service to poolside guests, providing introductory spa services, including, but not limited to, light hand, foot, and scalp treatments, lotion application, and facial spritz.
  • Provides accurate, up-to-date information, promoting Well & Being Spa services, fitness classes, and amenities, products, and special promotions.
  • Promote and up-sell products and services to poolside guests.
  • Maintain safety, sanitation and disinfection standards.
  • Communicates guest complaints to Spa Management.
Qualifications
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a current State Massage Therapy License.
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years' experience in Massage Therapy.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a luxury resort environment.
  • Must have an approachable, customer service-oriented personality, as position requires making spa/product recommendations and promoting/selling of products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while maintaining professionalism.
  • Must be passionate about customer service, spa, hospitality, hotel, and/or restaurant.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Must be outgoing, high-energy, polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be organized, timely, and detailed-oriented.

Compensation: $12.00 per hour + Gratuity Pool + Retail Commission
