POSITION SUMMARY:
Receives beverage orders from beverage servers or guests and prepares drinks as ordered. Is friendly and courteous to all guests; has been trained in alcohol awareness, handles guest complaints quickly and properly; and maintains control of the bar at all times.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES/EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED:
High School diploma or GED. Must be 21 years old and able to obtain a VI Gaming License. Must possess a valid VI food handler’s card. Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits required and familiarity with standard drink recipes. Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money.
