Court Clerk (Bilingual - Spanish/English) - Now Hiring

Job: Court Clerk - Bilingual (english/spanish) 
Pay: $16.90 per hour 

The City of Tulsa Municipal Court is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Bilingual Municipal Court/Court Records Clerk. If you are fluent in both English and Spanish and possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist the public in person and over the phone.
• Aid citizens through the court process, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Answer inquiries regarding court records and processes with clarity and professionalism.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with filing and organizing court documents.
• Collaborate on special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of court procedures and terminology preferred but not required.
