Assistant General Manager

The AGM will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and contribute substansially to a top-notch expereince for our guests and employees alike.

Areas of responsibility include daily Operation (maintaining standards, guest service, compliance), Team Leadership (training, scheduling, performance management), Guest Satisfaction (resolving guest concerns, welcoming and engaging with guests), Revenue Generation (implementing various strategies, managing pricing and inventory, overseeing sales/marketing efforts), and Administration (preparing reports, monitoring budgets, health & safety regualtions).

Here's what we are looking for...experience in the hospitality industry, leadership qualities, impeccable interpersonal skills, natural ability to problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-moving environment, scheduling flexibility, and most importantly, passion - for creating exceptional experiences for others, for continuous improvement, and for creating and inspiring a diverse support team. Hotel operation knowledge, revenue managment experience, and hotel management systems proficiency, are strongly preferred.
