Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.

SUMMARY: The Hospitality Greeter, Host role at Atria Institute is a pivotal role in ensuring that every member's experience begins with a warm and personalized welcome and finishes with a supportive departure. You are a motivated, organized, and personable individual who is passionate about hospitality, food and beverage, and connecting with people. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels under pressure, and is eager to contribute. You strike up a conversation with anyone, perform well under pressure and have an insatiable desire to learn.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Greet each member by name with recognition and warmth upon their arrival to the lobby of Atria Institute, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere where members feel valued and comfortable.
  • Handle necessary printed materials for member appointments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager of Hospitality and Atria care team to address member needs and preferences, providing regular updates on member interactions and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records of member appointments by checking in each member promptly on arrival using Athena, our healthcare management system.
  • Assist the Member Experience Team in curating and coordinating Atria's Gifting Program, and creating memorable moments for members based on their preferences and special occasions.
  • Support with moments of delight for Atria's Members based on preferences and celebratory moments.
  • Support Concierge Greeter with receiving incoming and outgoing packages.
  • Maintain the member library to ensure books on display are ordered, tidy, organized and available to Atria Members.
  • Support Hospitality Services team with food and beverage service as needed.
  • Reports directly to the General Manager of Hospitality

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a healthcare or a high-end service setting.
  • Innate hospitality and kindness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse individuals
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to provide personalized service
  • Proficiency in using Athena or similar healthcare management software is preferred
  • Willingness to adhere to the uniform guidelines; uniforms will be provided for the role

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to manage multiple priorities while still hitting deadlines
  • Experience working in fast paced start-up environment also beneficial
  • 100% on site in Palm Beach, Florida
  • Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
