Appointment Setter, BDC Sales

needs to hire full-time BDC Sales Appointment Setters to work in our fast-paced Business Development Call Center, to answer internet, telephone, and text questions from potential customers seeking vehicle information, pricing, availability, and more! Your goal is to schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team so we can sell them a vehicle.

Responsibilities - Appointment Setters, BDC Sales:

  • Utilizing a script to guide your response, answer internet, telephone, online chat, and text requests from potential customers seeking vehicle information, pricing, availability, and more! 
  • Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
  • Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet, Email, or Text.
  • Schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team so we can sell them a vehicle.
  • Follow up with 'no shows' to reschedule appointments.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM System.
  • Utilize Google Spreadsheets.
  • Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
  • Study, learn, and understand the vehicles Toyota offers.
  • Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products, and procedures.
     

Qualifications - Appointment Setters, BDC Sales:

  • Superior communication and customer service skills to deal with various types of personalities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep a calm, positive, 'can-do' attitude.

  • Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience.
  • At least one year of Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, or Customer Service Experience.
  • Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred, but we will train qualified candidates.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Must be available to work weekends
