Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled individual who enjoys speaking with customers on a daily basis about the needs and challenges of their business. Join our Lead Generation team and assist in the growth of customer accounts by placing outbound calls and presenting the company's unique selling advantages.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Place outgoing calls to customers and prospects using HHP custom scripts.

• Generate trust and interest from potential customers using HHP’s unique selling points.

• Qualify the prospects using a set list of questions in order to identify their specific needs, and problems to then provide an HHP Solution.

• Record call findings, schedule future calls, and constantly update information in NetSuite that is received in the process of calling prospects and customers

• Direct prospect inquiries, conduct follow-up calls with the customers and contact inactive customers to reconvert
• Drive estimates into the sales department to assist in conversion.
