We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CNC operations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting.
  • Review work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine the appropriate machine settings, tools, and materials required.
  • Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment and positioning.
  • Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and precise production.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts as needed.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members, such as engineers and quality control personnel, to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
