Job Description
Hammond Services in Griffin GA has an immediate opening for an inside salesperson.
Primary responsibilities will be converting lost opportunities to sales from technicians'invoices and outside sales team. Develop key customer relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
This is a fast paced and challenging job that provides tremendous commission-based rewards.
To be successful in this role you must have experience working in a high call volume based role, have a track record of successful sales in previous jobs, great time management, friendly voice, and positive attitude. Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7a - 7p availability, some weekends and overtime as needed
Compensation: Uncapped Commission plus $12 - $15 p/hr base pay

Qualification:
- Prior experience working in a high call volume-based role
- Prior sales experience, preferably with solid history of being able to close the sale
- Computer Proficient, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of HVAC or similar trade preferred
- Must pass drug and background screens
