Janitorial/Office Cleaners - Evenings - Full Time - Floater and Floor Work

Qualifications for this job:

• Drivers license for at least 2 years or longer
• Must be willing to work overtime when applicable
• Must be willing to be on call every other weekend
• Must be able to work from 4:30pm - 12:30am
• Must be able to work on all major Holidays (if applicable)
• On occasion you will need to help with strip/waxing of floors, carpet cleaning, post construction clean up. Exterior/Interior glass cleaning.

ServiceMaster Clean in Omaha, NE is hiring for a full-time janitorial fill-In lead crew person pay rate is 17/HR-- 40/hrs. or more a week.

This position is to help clean buildings that we are needed to be clean while the assigned employee has day(s) off, or waiting to hire an employee to fill that position. If you have a drivers license, you will be driving a company vehicle and driving from one building to another to clean. You will NOT be cleaning 1 building, it will be multiple buildings. You do get paid for driving to each building.

For the majority of the time you will be working by yourself - on occasions you will be working with another crew member.

Somedays, you will either be doing janitorial cleaning, post construction cleaning or helping with cleaning carpets, scrubbing or waxing hard surfaces floors OR Both.

• You must be willing to work overtime - this is mandatory! Some days there will not be overtime - this could change in the middle of your shift during the evening hours!
• You must be able to work EVERY OTHER weekend and open to anytime of the weekend to clean if it falls on the weekend you are scheduled to be on call.
• You must be willing to work Holidays if an employee can't work that day, or we don't have an employee for that particular building. You will be paid time and a half for working on holidays that ServiceMaster observes.
• You must be able to work past midnight

Shift starts promptly at 4:30pm - Monday thru Friday - shift usually ends at 12:30 - but it could be longer.

WE DO NOT OFFER HEALTH OR DENTAL INSURANCE. We do offer Holiday Pay after 90 days. Vacation is offered after being full time for 1 year.
