Subway is currently hiring for a full- or part-time Restaurant Prep Cook Supervisor / Lead Customer Service Associate to join our hospitality team in the Dallas, TX area. This food service position with our restaurant earns a competitive wage of $13 - $15/hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full- or part-time food service management position with our hospitality team works a flexible schedule. Our Subway location is open 7 days a week from 8 AM - 9 PM. Shifts are available from 7 AM to 9:15 PM.

As a Restaurant Prep Cook Supervisor / Lead Customer Service Associate with our hospitality team, you play an essential role in ensuring our guests receive high-quality customer service when they enter our store. You exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner when greeting guests. As you fulfill each order, you closely follow the customer's specifications and make sure the sandwiches are put together neatly. You always take care to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food.

When you aren't helping customers, you take control of food prep to ensure our ingredients stay well-stocked. You bake fresh bread and cut up a variety of vegetables while using safe kitchen practices. As needed, you perform light cleaning behind the counter and throughout our store. You also direct team members and ensure everyone is completing their assigned tasks. Your hard work keeps our Subway location operating smoothly, and it brings you great fulfillment to know that your exceptional leadership and customer service skills help you thrive in this food service management position!
