WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

To be successful as a Staff Development Mentor at Jefferson City Manor, there are several important skills and qualifications you should possess. First and foremost, you must hold a current CNA certification or a CMT certification. These credentials are essential to effectively train and mentor frontline nursing staff.

Additionally, you should have strong clerical skills, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate training records and documentation.
