Electrician
Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
Direct Hire: $70k - $95k annually (DOE)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Electrician role is a critical part of our operations team. The recently established and job functions will be varied and diverse over the first year. An overall expectation is that all employees approach each task assigned in a professional and diligent manner. Specific duties include:
  • Assist the Operations Manager with the setup of the new workshop and develop the most efficient work flows.
  • Routine mechanical/electro-mechanical/electronic assembly
  • Responsible for the quality assurance of the employees own work
  • Follow specific verbal/written instructions relating to assembly assignments
  • Understand and apply quality control techniques
  • Inspect products and/or materials for conformity with established operational standards
  • Maintain records or reports in accordance with company procedures.
  • Receiving, dispatching, distributing, sorting, checking, packing, documenting, and recording of goods, materials, and components as required
  • Inventory control in the context of a production process
  • Initial planned duties/roles:
  • Aid with AutoCAD drawings of production parts and manufacturing documents,
  • Component selection/design on new systems to comply with US electrical standards
  • Prototype fabrication and testing
  • Training of incoming production staff
  • Longer term planned duties/roles:
  • Installation/Commissioning of BESS systems throughout the USA

Required Skills:

Qualifications:
  • Must have a Valid State Certified Electrician License

  • Broad knowledge and experience with US regulations, guides, standards, codes methods, practices, and advanced engineering principles necessary to perform very complex or unique assignments for specific clients
