Schedule: Monday - Friday | $23/hr.

Qualifications | High school diploma, 3 years of administrative experience in the manufacturing industry, and ability to use Microsoft Office software

Office Administrator tasks:

  • Route calls efficiently and effectively by conducting proper screening.
  • Arrange and facilitate all details related to organizing meetings, up to and including preparation of all meeting details and agenda items, arrangement of all amenities, lunches, etc., preparation of any meeting minutes, and management of post-meeting action items as relevant.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable; maintain office and conference rooms.
  • Ensure office runs smoothly including doing business-related errands.
  • Order approved office supplies and keep items stocked.
  • Offer administrative support to all personnel.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities, including newsletters, morale boosters, games, and team-building activities.
  • Backup for entering sales orders in ERP system by customer; generate work orders and deliver to warehouse personnel.
  • Generate shipping paperwork and deliver with completed work orders to shipping personnel.
  • Respond to and resolve non-technical customer sales order issues.
  • Ensure all sales orders are processed and shipped promptly and to customers' complete satisfaction.
