24 Hour Home Care is hiring providers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes.
Assignments available throughout Solano County

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Personal Assistant: Support with activities of daily living to help individuals with disabilities feel empowered. Including: feeding, dressing, washing, toileting, mobility, transferring
- Respite Care: Companionship, engage in activities with individuals, meal preparation, medication reminders and light housekeeping
- Follow client care plan and provide updates and feedback on needed basis
