Express Employment Professionals has an exciting employment opportunity at one of Salem's premier employers ! We are looking for qualified applicants to apply for an Accounting Technician for a temporary assignment for approximately 3 months.
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
- Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing
- Collections
- High attention to detail and numbers oriented
- Customer service oriented
- Proficiency using Excel Spreadsheets
- Data Entry
Working Conditions:
- May be required to work some late and unusual hours
- Requires willingness to travel in or out of state, including some overnight trips
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs without assistive aids
Minimum Qualifications:
- Three years of Accounts Receivable experience with a specific focus handling cash receipts, and processing customer invoices and sales orders.
OR
- One year of Accounts Receivable experience AND Associates Degree in Accounting
Pay:
- $22-$25 DOE
